Who and what this covers

FUTURUM PORTA LC. This page describes the enquiry and status-request flows on this website. Document handling for a later application should be explained separately.

Your enquiry draft

The form asks for your study level and question; your name is optional. Where browser storage is available, your draft saves in this browser. The form does not submit these answers to a Futurum Porta server. Use Clear draft to remove the current draft and any older application draft in this browser. On a shared device, clear it before you leave.

Continuing to WhatsApp

The review step shows the text before you open WhatsApp. Opening the link shares that prepared text with WhatsApp and is subject to its terms. Futurum Porta receives the message when you press Send in WhatsApp. The status-request page follows the same review-and-send approach; it does not retrieve application records.

Sensitive documents

The form does not request passport numbers, identity numbers, bank details or document uploads. If documents become necessary, the required items, purpose and handling route should be explained before you provide them.

5.

Information you choose to send

It is used to understand your enquiry, identify the requested support, communicate about your case and coordinate agreed steps. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Hosting and your choices

The hosting service may process technical information when you visit, and WhatsApp processes information when you use it. A browser-only draft does not mean service providers perform no processing. You may ask to correct or delete information you sent, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
