Your forms and guide

The study planner asks for your name, current country of residence, study level, interest, intended start and at least one contact method: email or WhatsApp. Tuition budget and how you first heard about us are optional. Prepared enquiries may also include short campaign labels from the page URL, clearly marked as unverified; these labels do not establish your residence or identity. The agency form asks for business contact details and a description of the tracking problem. These answers and the FP Study Guide conversation stay in page memory: preparing a checklist or draft does not submit them to Futurum Porta, and reloading clears them. The guide uses prewritten replies, not a live AI model or human adviser.

Choosing to contact us

Opening a WhatsApp link passes its prepared message to WhatsApp. Opening an email link passes it to your email application or provider. Review the text before sending. Futurum Porta receives your enquiry only when you send it through that service. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We use information you send to respond and discuss the support you requested; a website enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Browser preferences and hosting

Your language preference is stored in your browser. This redesign does not save form drafts in browser storage or add advertising analytics. Older website drafts may remain in a browser previously used on this domain; you can remove them by clearing this site's browser data. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requests and security cookies. A local-only form does not mean the hosting service processes no data.

Keep sensitive records out of these forms

Do not enter passport numbers, bank details, health information, student records or private document links. There is no document-upload facility here. Agree an appropriate, authorised transfer process with our team before sending documents for later work. For applicants under 18, a parent or guardian should assist.
